Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of building tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn about construction processes. Duties

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on construction sites
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing tools and supplies
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Assist with site cleanup and ensure work areas are tidy and hazard-free
• Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and material handling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not necessary; training will be provided
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction work is advantageous
• Must be able to work as part of a team and adhere to safety guidelines at all times
