Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager - Family Owned Dealership

We are a premier automotive dealership in Central New Jersey, specializing in top-tier brands. We are seeking a seasoned F&I Manager to join our dynamic team and drive profitability through expert finance and insurance presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present financing options, extended warranties, service contracts, GAP insurance, and other F&I products to customers in a professional and compliant manner.

  • Structure deals for optimal approval and funding, working closely with multiple lending institutions to secure competitive rates and terms.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state (NJ-specific), and local regulations, including accurate preparation of all paperwork and contracts.

  • Achieve high penetration rates on F&I products while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction scores.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support deal closure and maximize backend gross profit.

  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and insurance providers.

  • Train and mentor sales staff on F&I processes when needed.

  • Manage department inventory, forms, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager, preferably in a high-line or luxury franchise dealership.

  • Track record of high PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) and strong product penetration.

  • Excellent knowledge of dealership finance procedures, lender guidelines, and aftermarket products.

  • Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-value transactions.

  • Proficient in DMS systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds or similar) and MS Office.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • AFIP certification or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment with discerning clientele.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Highly competitive pay plan with unlimited earning potential: $150,000 - $250,000+ annually (base + commissions + bonuses), based on performance.
