After School Group Leader

• Required Availability: This position requires consistent availability Monday, Wednesday through Friday (2:45 PM–6:00 PM) and Tuesday (1:00 PM–6:00 PM). Applicants unable to meet this schedule should not apply
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants during program hours, activities, transitions, and dismissal
• Implement scheduled academic enrichment, recreational, and social-emotional activities aligned with approved program plans
• Actively monitor participant behavior and apply positive behavior management strategies
• Take accurate daily attendance and support required documentation and reporting
• Escort and supervise participants during meals, restroom breaks, and movement within the building
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment that supports youth development and equity
• Communicate professionally with site supervisors, school staff, families, and program leadership
• Participate in required staff meetings, trainings, drills, and professional development
• Follow all mandated reporting, incident reporting, and emergency procedures
• Support site leadership during special events, trips, or extended programming
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all program policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by site leadership to support program operations and participant safety

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
