Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified appointments through outbound calling, warm calling, and engaging with potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and proficiency with CRM software. The Appointment Setter will play a vital role in supporting business development efforts and driving revenue growth by establishing meaningful connections with prospects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage potential customers through effective communication, emphasizing the value of our products and services
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure appointments are with highly interested prospects
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage follow-ups
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while handling objections and negotiating appointment times
  • Follow up with previous contacts to nurture relationships and maximize conversion potential
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities

Experience

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to conduct effective outbound calling campaigns
  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Prior experience in customer service or marketing roles will be advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships through outbound calling and warm calling techniques
