Armed/Unarmed Guard per diem

Strongbox Security Services, LLC is seeking qualified and professional Armed & Unarmed security guards to join our team for per diem assignments supporting one of our valued clients in the Springfield area. Must be available for call ins throughout the week (When events occur). These call ins may be This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and dependable individuals to earn supplemental income while working in a dynamic and professional environment. We offer unarmed event security starting at $20hr with performance-based raises.

Responsibilities:

• Provide visible security presence to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and property
• Monitor premises through patrols
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergency situations
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and any incidents
• Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed at all times
• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance while on duty
• Support in maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and client policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active LTC (License to Carry) required
• Valid Driver's License
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred
• Availability to work on-call/per diem based on event schedule
• Ability to stand for extended periods and conduct foot patrols as needed
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must have some knowledge in event security, and crowed control.
