You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100%25 team-based SNF care.
Role : Physician - Skilled Nursing Facility rounding Location : Southington, CT Schedule : Per Diem, flexible weekdays, ideally 4+ shifts per month
