Position Overview
Forward Global is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Managing Partner and Managing Director of the firm's Los Angeles office.
This is a fast-paced, project-heavy role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, supporting senior leadership, and helping produce high-quality communications and materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing complex calendars, handling sensitive information with discretion, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, heavy email correspondence, and complex travel coordination
- Answer phones and serve as a professional first point of contact
- Track and manage expenses, invoices, and payments
- Assist in drafting and editing materials including press releases, pitches, and other agency-related documents
- Participate in planning sessions and provide logistical and organizational support
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and meetings
- Conduct research to support client work and internal initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Interface with high-profile clients, managers, publicists, and other senior stakeholders
- Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
- General business acumen with a demonstrated interest in media and entertainment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under deadlines
- Proactive, positive attitude with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
Benefits & Pay
Salary Range: $60,000 annual base
