Customer Service Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service environment. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and managing waste.
• Utilize Toast POS system for processing orders and handling transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary techniques, or grocery store settings is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various roles within the crew as needed.
