Overview
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and capital improvement projects across multiple communities, including scheduling, vendor coordination, budget management, and quality control. Duties
- Plan, schedule, and manage construction and renovation projects
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, site teams, and inspectors
- Track budgets, pay applications, and change orders
- Review scopes of work, bids, and contracts
- Prepare project status reporting and communicate with leadership
- Conduct site visits for inspections and punch lists
Experience
- 3–7 years construction or project management experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes, trades, and materials
- Budgeting, estimating, and scheduling capability
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with manufactured housing, multifamily, or land development
- Valid driver's license and travel availability
- OSHA or similar safety certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80, $120,000.00 per year
