We're looking for a dedicated and energetic server to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Position Overview:
As a Server, you'll be at the heart of our business, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service while they enjoy our golf simulators, whiskey selection, and gastropub offerings. You'll work with a friendly team, serving food and drinks with enthusiasm and professionalism, all while maintaining a high level of energy and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu offerings, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Ensure a great customer experience by providing attentive service in a fast-paced environment.
• Upsell golf simulator bookings, whiskey tastings, and menu items to enhance guest experiences.
• Keep track of customers' orders and deliver them in a timely manner, while checking in to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, including clearing tables and managing dishes.
• Ensure that all health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines are followed at all times.
• Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service.
• Handle guest payments and ensure the smooth flow of transactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous server experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
• A passion for great food, craft cocktails, whiskey, and sports is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your area).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
