About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing support specifically related to tax services. As a Customer Service Rep - Tax (Seasonal), you will be the frontline representative assisting customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Open availability during the seasonal period
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking environments
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
  • Desktop or laptop computer (Windows 10+), with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher
  • Reliable high-speed internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload; wired connection preferred
  • Smartphone for work-related communication
  • Reside within the United States with a valid U.S. address

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support following established call flow guides
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues related to tax services
  • Track, document, and retrieve customer information efficiently within databases
  • Offer additional products or services to enhance customer experience and meet their needs
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and expert customer service with a positive attitude
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Stay updated on product and service knowledge through ongoing training
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and improve service delivery
