Job Description

The State of Ohio (DEV) is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with Salesforce Omnistudio experience. The consultant will develop customized Salesforce platform solutions, analyze project requirements, create workflows, and resolve system issues. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce Classic & Lightning experience, development skills, and the ability to design scalable, secure, high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce application development projects.
• Maintain security, configuration, and integrity of the Salesforce platform.
• Review Salesforce release notes and prepare environments accordingly.
  Develop solutions within Salesforce (Classic, Lightning, Omnistudio).
• Create project timelines, estimates, and technical documentation.
  Troubleshoot bugs and validate applications before UAT.
  Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to gather requirements.
  Proactively determine development tasks without guidance.
  Architect solutions and work with Business Analysts to present to stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and implement fixes for inefficiencies.
