We're growing and looking for an Administrative Coordinator who keeps operations organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.

This is a role where your work truly matters. You won't be "just pushing paper"—you'll help keep our projects and client experience on track every single day.

What You'll Do (Day to Day)

  • Manage scheduling for projects, site visits, and the leadership team
  • Maintain project documents, permits, and selections
  • Enter and manage information in JobTread (training provided)
  • Track progress, follow-ups, deadlines, and outstanding items
  • Handle client and subcontractor communication professionally
  • Organize receipts, invoices, orders, and job files
  • Support ordering and deliveries to keep projects moving
  • Ensure details don't slip through the cracks

You're a Strong Candidate If You Have:

  • 2+ years administrative or project coordination experience (construction/trades experience is a plus but not required)
  • Strong computer and system skills (Google/Outlook, spreadsheets, CRMs/PM software)
  • Great communication skills — written and verbal
  • The ability to stay calm, organized, and focused in a changing environment
  • A mindset of accountability — you take initiative and follow through

Pay: $ $27.00 per hour
