Senior Creative Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Creative Manager - Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. As a Senior Creative Manager - Marketing, you'll turn insight into campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high-value audiences across the Education, Government & Non-Profit market. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to sharpen positioning, refine journeys, and scale what works. If you love testing, learning, and using data to drive growth, this role puts you at the center of the pipeline story.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the creative lead and brand voice for retail and product brands
• Transform business goals into creative concepts for various marketing channels
• Lead omnichannel campaign development, including product launches and promotions
• Oversee the production of creative assets to align with brand vision and campaign objectives
• Manage creative workflow, project plans, and resource allocation effectively
• Collaborate with compliance partners to ensure all creative meets cannabis marketing regulations
• Mentor and inspire creative teams while fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of creative, brand, or content leadership experience, preferably in retail, CPG, wellness, or regulated industries
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in digital, brand, and retail creative work
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams including design, copy, and production
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other creative tools
• Familiarity with project management tools and best practices
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
• Cannabis, pharmaceutical, or regulatory experience is advantageous but not mandatory
