For over 60 years, Meyers Heating & Air has proudly served homeowners and businesses in Colorado Springs and Boulder. We're growing and looking for a motivated Install Helper to join our residential HVAC retrofit team

Position: Residential HVAC Install Helper
Location: Boulder, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (start/end times may vary slightly)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18–$25/hour DOE

Experience: 1+ year of HVAC or related hands-on experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Assist lead installers with the removal and installation of residential HVAC systems
• Help install ductwork, gas lines, flue pipes, and IAQ products under supervision
• Support with soldering, brazing, and refrigerant line installation
• Keep job sites clean and organized before and after each installation
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a 2-person install team
• Learn the ins and outs of HVAC system installations—our leads are expected to teach

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical work
• A strong work ethic and a desire to grow your skills in the trade
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight areas
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification is a plus, but not required (we'll help the right candidate earn it)

Work Environment:
This job involves physical work—lifting, kneeling, crawling, and working in hot or cold environments. You'll be in the field daily, working hands-on with tools and equipment. If you love working with your hands and want a clear path to becoming a lead installer, this role is for you.
