CDL Class A Mover/Driver

Interstate is in search of Mover/Drivers - Class A CDL to join our team in Springfield, VA These vacancies are for company drivers who will navigate local/short hauls and operate our tractor trailers. Our mover/drivers both drive our crews to and from project sites in addition to helping with the labor of the projects - loading and offloading - for military, commercial, and residential moves.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a valid Driver's License and Class A CDL License.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Department of Transportation (DOT) card preferred.
• Prior experience driving tractor trailers is highly preferred. If experience is minimal, we will train and begin less experienced candidates at the level of a CDL Class B Driver until they are properly trained.
• The job is mainly labor (moving/packing) but also requires driving.
• Must be able to drive our trucks from the warehouse to job sites and assist with the lifting, packing, loading, and unloading of vehicles.
