Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client care schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless communication and care planning.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans.
• Support administrative tasks related to client intake, documentation, and billing processes.
• Assist in training and supporting new team members regarding client care procedures.
• Uphold BrightStar Care's standards of excellence, safety, and compliance in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical office administration or healthcare support.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or home care setting is preferred.
• Proficiency with medical administrative software is a plus.
• Compassionate attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.
