Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and escort them to their tables in a courteous manner.
• Present menus, describe daily specials, and offer beverage recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Take precise food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to facilitate timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Monitor table turnover and ensure efficient seating arrangements to accommodate all guests.
• Provide personalized service by catering to individual preferences and dietary requirements.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to Tipsy McSway's quality standards.
• Check in with diners periodically to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and offer additional items.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash, credit, and electronic transactions with integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to uphold a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Foster a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting one another during busy periods.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about menu changes, promotions, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required; we're willing to train the right candidate.
