• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy to ensure customer retention.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall client services.
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus; additional languages are welcomed.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $50, $150,000.00 per year
