Paragon Waterfront Homes is a luxury waterfront builder creating some of the most refined new construction residences in Tampa Bay. We are seeking an organized, proactive Project Coordinator to support our project managers and leadership team by keeping construction projects moving efficiently, professionally, and on schedule.
This is a fast-paced role for someone who loves details, timelines, communication, and problem-solving. You'll help coordinate vendors, track progress, manage documentation, and ensure our builds stay aligned with the Paragon standard of quality and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Superintendents with day-to-day coordination of active construction projects
- Track project schedules, deadlines, inspections, and upcoming milestones
- Communicate with superintendent and vendors to confirm work dates and material deliveries
- Maintain and organize project documents (contracts, COIs, permits, selections, change orders, logs)
- Create and distribute weekly updates, task lists, and schedules for internal teams
- Support procurement workflows: material order tracking, lead times, backorders, delivery confirmations
- Attend job site check-ins as needed to document progress (notes/photos)
- Help ensure project standards are met by monitoring punch lists and follow-up items
- Manage communication between trades, design team, and internal leadership to prevent delays
- Help prepare client-facing reports and keep records clean and professional
What Success Looks Like
- Jobs are organized, documented, and scheduled with minimal "scrambling"
- Vendors and subs show up when they're supposed to
- Issues are caught early and communicated with the team
- The team has clean information: what's ordered, what's delivered, what's next
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years experience in project coordination, construction admin, or operations support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Reliable transportation for local job site visits
Preferred
- Experience in luxury residential construction, real estate, or design/build
- Familiarity with building schedules, inspections, and construction terminology
- Experience with project management tools (Buildertrend)
- Understanding of selections, procurement, and long lead materials
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
