Join our growing team as an Order Picker in Grand Rapids, Michigan! This is a key role in our distribution center, focused on ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You will use handheld scanners to locate and retrieve items from various warehouse locations, ensuring the correct product and quantity are picked. The ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy is essential. We are seeking motivated individuals who are detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service through timely order processing. Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus, as is familiarity with order picking systems. You will be on your feet for most of your shift, walking, bending, and reaching. We emphasize a culture of strong workplace Safety . All employees are expected to use required PPE , including safety vests and comfortable, protective footwear. The role involves regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Your efficiency directly impacts our Logistics performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.

- Meet or exceed daily picking targets.
