The Role
As a Talent Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in enhancing the employee experience, fostering growth, and building a culture that empowers people to do their best work. You'll blend data, empathy, and strategy to support our Smashers and our admin team in a high-impact, human-centered role.

  • Conduct compensation analysis and help define internal equity.
  • Track active projects and needs of Smashers to ensure alignment with client expectations and individual success.
  • Build and maintain a competitor benchmark for benefits and compensation strategies.
  • Identify and report on flight risks, proactively working to improve engagement and retention.
  • Organize team-building activities and help shape our company culture.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with managers (via video when possible) to assess performance and identify growth areas.
  • Design and manage quarterly training events for Smashers across disciplines.
  • Create and maintain reports that uncover opportunities for improvement (radar/opportunity reports).
  • Build a detailed catalog of our Smashers, documenting skills, roles, and strengths to better support internal visibility and growth planning.
  • Support the development and maintenance of our candidates catalog.
  • Standardize and organize Smashers' role profiles, ensuring consistency and clarity across the organization.
  • Develop training opportunities for the administrative team focused on process optimization and career development.

What You Bring
  • Previous experience in Talent Management, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a sincere passion for people and culture.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and facilitate strategic conversations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience building systems and processes from scratch.
  • Nice to have: Background in tech, project management, or experience as a Scrum Master or PM.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, and basic analytics/reporting platforms.

What You'll Love
  • A people-first culture that values authenticity and growth.
  • Opportunities to design, lead, and innovate within your function.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and collaboratively with a global team.
  • A mission-driven company that's scaling with purpose.

* Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as needed within the administrative scope of the organization.
