to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical administration experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working closely with internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries, orders, and communications from start to finish Produce and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) accurately Read and interpret engineering drawings to support quotations and order processing Work closely with sales, engineering, planning, and production teams Prepare detailed quotations and ensure all commercial information is accurate Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients Support continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance processes Handle general sales administration, documentation, and project coordination About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical sales, sales admin, or customer service role Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or a technical environment Able to read and interpret technical drawings Strong understanding of BOMs and commercial documentation Excellent communication skills – confident dealing with customers and internal teams Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks Strong IT skills, including ERP/CRM systems Why You’ll Love This Role
