Making follow-up calls using the Smile & Dial tool to check in with customers and to offer additional products and services. Assist customers with inquiries, needs, and/or problems. Troubleshoot devices. Maintaining strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features while staying current on competitors' offers. Smile & Dial Minimum of 20 calls per workday. Complete and attend on and off-site training and workshops. Opening, closing, and operating the store. Performs cash/inventory counts and verification. Assist in maintaining a presentable store appearance as well as other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time (7 hours or more on the sales floor).
