In addition, we offer exclusive sales training alongside great benefits!/ph3Role Description/h3pThe Direct Sales Representative is responsible for increasing the number of active paid residential customers within a market through door-to-door interactions. This role primarily sells to residential homes and may include an opportunity to contribute across multiple dwelling units (MDUs). You will be working outdoors going from home to home to achieve sales goals. You will work closely with your team leader and team members building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to improve sales techniques./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliProspect residential customers by promoting GFibers internet services./liliBuild a lead pipeline through door-to-door interactions and conduct in-person, phone and/or email follow-up./liliUpdate the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool with relevant customer information, conversion status and notes./liliPartner with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience./liliCommunicate the GFiber value proposition to customers./liliDemonstrate knowledge of GFibers network and technical deployment./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pAt a minimum wed like you to have:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED./liliAbility to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent walking and climbing stairs./liliA valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation during the workday./liliAbility to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards./li/ulpIts preferred if you have:/pulliExperience in the ISP or telecom industry./liliProficiency in SalesForce or other industry leading lead management software./liliProven track record of strong work ethic, ability to navigate ambiguity, solid communication skills, strong decision making and good judgment./liliAbility to communicate in Spanish./li/ulpThis role offers a competitive on-target earnings (OTE) of $66,667 - $73,334 annually ($30,000 base + uncapped sales bonus) + benefits. Your compensation includes a base salary plus an uncapped commission structure.
