divh2Sales Coordinator/h2pPay Range: $23.50-$24.50/hour/ppOverview:/ppThe Sales Coordinator will assist in the execution of the administrative process, service, detail, and efficiently communicate to all departments the group needs from the time of booking through check out date. This includes:/ppExecuting the non-selling functions of the department to allow sales staff maximum time for soliciting and securing additional business for the hotel./ppEfficiently performing all assigned sales duties including processing incoming leads and executing sales reporting requirements./ppEnsuring all deadlines are met, performing assigned duties, maintaining sales data files, and acting as a liaison between hotels and clients/ppPotential Career Paths:/ppSales Manager - Senior Sales Manager - Director of Sales - Director of Sales
Marketing - Area Director of Sales - Regional Director of Sales - Regional Vice President of Sales - Vice President of Sales
Marketing/ppKey Duties
Responsibilities:/pulliAssist the sales staff in all sales-related duties for group, corporate and catering-related businesses./liliProcess all incoming business leads as directed by DOS or GM/liliAssist in the servicing of in-house groups from the sales office./liliAct as a liaison between hotel sales office and client./liliMaintain files and sales databases as per company standards/liliEnsure efficient communication of group needs to hotel operations staff./liliExecute assigned sales reporting and ensure all deadlines are met/liliFollow-up on all special projects and assignments given by the DOS/liliOther responsibilities as assigned./liliResponsibilities are subject to change./li/ulpEducation and Experience:/pulliAssociates Degree (two-year college or technical school): or Work Equivalent/liliMust be proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, and Outlook/li/ulpPreferred Skills and/or Education:/pulliExperience in a hotel or related industry preferred/li/ulpCrestline Hotels
