What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Unified Communications (VoIP, video conferencing, collaboration tools) and wireless network deployments
• Manage healthcare IT projects, including end-user device refreshes, workstation upgrades, and infrastructure modernization
• Oversee Cisco network chassis and switch refresh initiatives, ensuring alignment with hospital IT standards
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Interface effectively with executive leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and stakeholder confidence

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, project management, or a related field with equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare IT deployments
• Proven experience managing UC, wireless, end-user device refreshes, and network infrastructure projects in hospital settings
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with executive leadership, presenting complex technical concepts in business terms
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
