Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including hotels, hospitality venues, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Weekends are required.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas in accordance with established standards.
• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.

Skills

• Proficient in housekeeping management techniques and practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
