Land Logics Group is a growing geospatial and environmental consulting firm seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to support daily office operations, client communications, and administrative and financial functions. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys variety, multitasking, and working in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client and new customer inquires
- Make outbound calls to collect and document information in digital databases
- Provide general administrative and office support to project teams
- Perform data entry using HubSpot, Microsoft Excel, Google Maps, and other tools
- Enter bills, invoices, and maintain financial records using QuickBooks
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Bids (RFBs)
- Monitor procurement websites and support business development efforts
- Support product fulfillment and customer care
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or office management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - Excel, Word, OneNote
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time, on-site position in Camp Hill, PA
- Standard business hours
- Small office setting with a collaborative team
