Line Cook

We are looking for line cooks to join our team in our non-corporate family business which has had success in Pooler and Savannah for over ten years.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for menu items including chopping vegetables, meats etc.

• Assist in the preparation of dishes according to the recipes or instructions provided.

• Prepare dishes for both dine in and take out service.

• Cook food items on the line during service hours.

• Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Skills:

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is required.

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety regulations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
