What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the frontline representative of the employer's brand across various support channels including phone, chat, and email
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, recommend products and services, and resolve customer complaints
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Educate customers on the use of the employer's website and books

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • 2+ years of online customer service chat experience
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Strong ability to work in a goal-oriented, self-motivated team environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience using current technologies and products common in customer service operations
  • Ability to set up and troubleshoot equipment independently
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook; proficiency in various CRM systems
  • Active listening skills and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
