What You'll Do:

• Generate new business through residential canvassing, direct-to-home outreach, referrals, and local networking
• Perform roof inspections (training provided)
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Present proposals, close deals, and oversee projects to completion
• Build lasting relationships with clients, adjusters, and teammates

What We're Looking For:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable engaging directly with homeowners in residential settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed
