Job Overview

Position Summary:
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property. This includes keeping outdoor areas free of trash, debris, and hazards, as well as ensuring all hallways and common areas remain clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly patrol the property to pick up trash, litter, and debris.
• Sweep, mop, and clean hallways, entryways, and other common areas.
• Empty and replace trash receptacles as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness around building entrances, walkways, and outdoor gathering spaces.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual conditions to management.
• Assist with basic upkeep tasks such as wiping surfaces, removing cobwebs, or spot-cleaning spills.
• Follow all safety guidelines and use proper cleaning tools and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move items as needed (typically up to 25–50 lbs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
