Farmers Insurance in Vancouver, WA is expanding—and we're looking for a motivated, people-focused Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team. You'll help customers find the right coverage while building a meaningful, growth-driven career. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or brand new to the industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

No insurance experience? No problem—we'll train you

If you have customer service or sales experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest. New team members start with a base salary and have the opportunity to earn additional compensation in their first year.

Salary Range: $60, $80,000.00 per year

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Handle customer renewals.
