What You'll Do (Sales Responsibilities)

• Sell new and pre-owned marine products with professionalism and expertise
• Deliver the signature #RVPSExperience to every customer
• Follow a refined, proven dealership marine sales process
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business
• Maintain thorough product knowledge—our lineup and competitors
• Ensure the showroom and inventory create a polished, welcoming buying environment
• Promptly follow up with sold and potential customers
• Represent the dealership at boat shows, promotional events, and local functions
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
• Occasionally work beyond posted hours to meet customer needs

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (rotating)
• Weekday off when working Saturday
• Flexible scheduling to support work/life balance

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred
• 'A-level' selling and customer service skills
• Marine product knowledge is a strong asset
• Experience with LightSpeed / LightSpeedEVO is a plus
• Reliable, self-driven, and professional
• Strong work ethic and commitment to follow-through
• Ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships

Compensation

• $85,000 – $250,000+ annually
• Compensation reflects performance, professionalism, and ability to drive volume and margin

Includes base salary plus commission, with uncapped earnings potential based on results.
