What You'll Do
Make an Impact Through:
- Leasing & Sales: Turn prospects into residents with dynamic tours, effective follow-ups, and persuasive communication.
- Resident Relations: Be the go-to person for current residents, resolving issues and creating a positive living experience.
- Property Operations: Assist with rent collection, lease renewals, compliance, vendor coordination, and daily operational tasks.
- Lease Administration: Process applications, background checks, and lease agreements accurately and in accordance with company policy.
- Marketing & Outreach: Promote the property via online listings, social media, and local marketing initiatives.
- Financial Support: Help track budgets, prepare reports, and support occupancy and financial goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Property Manager to support property performance and resident satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Experience: Background in leasing, customer service, hospitality, or sales; goal-oriented with a proven track record.
- Organization: Strong administrative and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Professional, clear, and persuasive verbal and written communication.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AppFolio, Yardi, or RealPage is a plus.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and adapt to leasing cycles.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. Education in Real Estate, Business, or related fields is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $17.00–$21.00 per hour
