Spring Care Minor Emergency is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced and patient-focused clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, professional, and comfortable balancing both clinical and front desk responsibilities.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full Time
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Spring Care Minor Emergency

Responsibilities

• Perform medical assistant duties, including:
• Patient intake and triage
• Taking vital signs
• Assisting providers during patient visits
• Documenting accurately in the EMR
• Perform front desk duties, including:
• Greeting patients with a warm welcome
• Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
• Responding to emails and messages in a professional manner
• Scheduling patients and assisting with check-in/check-out
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively with providers and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
• Working knowledge of EMR software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
