We're looking to hire a few experienced interior and exterior residential painters who take pride in their craft and work well as part of a team. This role is for professionals who understand custom residential repainting, respect the customer's home, and show up ready to do quality work the right way.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior residential painting, including custom repaint work.
• Complete all aspects of surface preparation: cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming.
• Set up and break down job sites efficiently and professionally each day.
• Properly protect surfaces, furnishings, landscaping, and adjacent areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the project.
• Work effectively as part of a team and support fellow painters when needed.
• Manage time well to stay productive while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates, project managers, and homeowners.
• Represent Rough Seas Painting & Coatings with a friendly, respectful, and professional attitude.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in all aspects of custom residential repainting (interior & exterior).
• Strong knowledge of surface prep, coatings, tools, and residential job-site best practices.
• Pride in job cleanliness, attention to detail, and protecting customer property.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to help others succeed.
• Friendly, positive communicator who fits our culture and values.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to commute to job sites.
• Physically able to perform the duties of residential painting work.

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
