Lead our night team at Chestnut Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Currently a Monday–Friday, 10pm–6am. 80-bed facility, top regional pay $50.00 to $60.00 per hour | $7,500.00 Sign-On Bonus

• Current Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10pm–6am (no weekend need presently, may be on a rotation in the future)

• Rate: $50.00 to $60.00 with benefits

Chestnut Park Rehab & Nursing is an 80-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility with strong clinical support, manageable census, and a collaborative team environment.

Provide clinical leadership overnight. Supervise staff, ensure resident safety, collaborate with providers, and maintain regulatory compliance. Perfect for experienced RNs seeking top pay and predictable nights.

• Lead and support nursing staff overnight
• Assign workflow and manage safe care delivery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure infection control, accurate documentation, and emergency readiness
• Promote resident-centered care and communicate effectively

• Active NY RN license
• 2+ years nursing experience (LTC or med/surg preferred)
• 1+ year supervisory/charge experience
• Strong leadership and clinical judgment
