Waitstaff Member

We are looking for a server to join our team. 1-2 shifts will be shift supervising. Responsibilities listed below.

Compensation

Servers start at $16.66 plus tips. Shift-supervisor starts at $18. Tips plus hourly wage averages $27-30/hour.

Server Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience
• Prepare and deliver checks, process payments, and handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Warmly greets and acknowledges guests upon arrival.
• Effectively merchandises food and beverage menus in an informative, friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Accurately takes guest orders.
• Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Person in Charge at any time

Shift supervising Responsibilities
1-2 shifts a week shift supervising. Responsibilities include:

• Assigning side work and tasks to FOH employees
• Running end of night reports and balancing till
• Handle and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Ensure all closing or opening duties are completed

Requirements:

• Obtain and maintain a current food handler permit & MAST Class 12
• Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and standards
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
