Are you a Pilates or Yoga Instructor ready to be part of building something new from the ground up? At Solterra Wellness Club, opening in Polaris in January 2026, we're creating a boutique studio where movement feels inspiring, personal, and transformative — and we're seeking founding instructors to share their expertise and help shape the culture of our wellness destination.
Compensation & Incentives
- Per-Class Pay: $30–$40 per scheduled class (based on experience & certifications).
- Attendance Bonuses: Earn more as classes fill.
- Growth Incentives: Bonuses tied to retention and community engagement.

- Teach engaging private and group Pilates (Mat & Reformer) and/or Yoga classes.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences rooted in safety, form, and personalized coaching.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors on special events, workshops, and community offerings.
- Help drive retention and new member growth through authentic client relationships.
- Represent Solterra Wellness Club's values as a wellness ambassador.
- Certification in Yoga and/or Pilates (Balanced Body, Merrithew/Stott, Romana's, RYT 200+).
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Experience teaching diverse clients and class formats.
- Passion for community, wellness, and continuous learning.
