ROLE OVERVIEW

The B2B Demand Generation & Lead Operations Specialist is responsible for driving high-quality, sales-ready pipeline for Maxwell Leadership's Corporate Solutions Group. This role owns the top and middle of the funnel and partners closely with Sales to ensure leads are not only generated but qualified, converted, and revenue-impacting.

  • Increased volume of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Improved MQL SQL Opportunity conversion
  • Increased marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Improved sales acceptance rates

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

B2B Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end lead lifecycle
  • Build demand campaigns aligned to Ideal Client Profiles
  • Eliminate low-quality or misaligned lead sources

Lead Qualification, Scoring & Sales Alignment

  • Build and manage lead scoring
  • Define MQL/SQL criteria with Sales
  • Ensure clean handoffs in Salesforce

Marketing Automation & Systems Ownership

  • Own HubSpot workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Manage Salesforce lifecycle stages and dashboards

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track funnel metrics, cost per lead, and ROI
  • Provide weekly and monthly pipeline reporting

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–8 years B2B demand generation experience
  • Advanced HubSpot and Salesforce experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
