Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platform
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with practice standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure high-quality, ethical care
• Participate in regular clinical supervision to support professional growth and licensure requirements
• Support clients in developing coping strategies, resilience, and progress toward treatment goals

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active LMSW
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport in a virtual setting
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and client-centered care
• Reliable internet connection and private space for telehealth sessions

• Flexible scheduling with autonomy to set caseload within 8 AM – 9 PM availability
• Clinical supervision hours provided toward licensure
