Job Description:
Demonstrates a willingness to maintain a harmonious working relationship with physicians and other staff members. Performs comprehensive assessments on patients to determine nursing needs and plans appropriate interventions. Identifies and anticipates patient care problems, initiating corrective actions as necessary. Attends mandatory hospital in-services and department staff meetings regularly. Demonstrates proficiency in aseptic techniques and radiation protection during invasive procedures. Operates and maintains imaging and monitoring equipment, ensuring proper function and safety. Documents patient care and procedural details accurately in medical records. Implements emergency measures to meet patient needs during procedures. Maintains current clinical, technical, and professional competencies, certifications, and licensure requirements. Recognizes abnormal diagnostic data and therapeutic drug levels, understanding their significance. Administers IVs, medications, and contrast material under physician supervision, including moderate/mild sedation. Assesses patient status throughout procedures, updating physicians on any life-threatening changes. Performs other duties as assigned.

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
