We are seeking a motivated and talented
Full Stack Java Developer
to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate has

back-end development with Java
, and hands-on exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks like
ReactJS
or
NextJS
. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality, scalable web applications for our innovative healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Back-end Development:
  Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code for server-side logic and RESTful APIs using the
  Spring/Spring Boot
  framework.
• Front-end Development:
  Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using
  ReactJS
  or
  NextJS
  (or similar modern JS frameworks).
• Database Management:
  Write optimized SQL/NoSQL queries and manage data structures in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Deployment:
  Assist in application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, with exposure to tools like Git, Maven/Gradle

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years
  of professional experience in Full Stack Development
• Education:
  Any Degree

Skills

• Spring Framework
  (especially
  Spring Boot
  ), and building
  RESTful APIs
  .
  Front-end
• Hands-on experience with
  ReactJS
  or
  NextJS
  .
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Database
  : Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Ability to write and optimize queries.
• Tools:
  Experience with
  Git
  for version control and familiarity with any one cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:
  ₹4,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per annum (CTC), depending on experience and interview performance.
