Purchasing Manager

Pridestaff has partnered with a fast-growing start-up organization in the technology space who is looking to add a Purchasing Manager to their dynamic & collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the
  end-to-end purchasing process
  for electronic components, recycling equipment, and related materials
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms
• Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with business goals and
  sustainability initiatives
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while managing performance and accountability
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing structures, and supplier performance metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and logistics teams to forecast demand and ensure on-time procurement
• Optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency, availability, and waste reduction
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and vendor scorecards

What We're Looking For

• Proven procurement or supply chain experience
  within the
  electronics or e-recycling industry
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a
  startup environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience using procurement tools and ERP systems
• Mandarin language skills are a plus
