Airocide Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven
Revenue Operations Assistant
to support our Head of Sales and ensure the sales engine runs smoothly as we scale. As a lean, fast-moving startup with complex operational workflows, this role strengthens our ability to grow revenue by centralizing lead management, CRM accuracy, quoting support, operational coordination, campaign execution, and social media engagement.

This is a fully remote role, as nearly all responsibilities are digital workflows. A remote structure allows us to broaden our candidate pool, reduce overhead, and align with modern RevOps staffing best practices.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Lead Management, Lead Farming & Sales Support
- Monitor and organize inbound leads from lead generator, email, website, events, and referrals.
- Farm new lead lists
using multiple databases, industry directories, and online resources. - Qualify leads using established criteria; escalate high-value prospects quickly.
- Filter out unqualified inquiries and respond to basic questions.
- Prepare pre-call briefs summarizing customer background and opportunity context.
- Ensure all follow-up sequences are executed consistently and on schedule.
2. CRM Ownership (Zoho)
- Manage all contacts, accounts, and deals within Zoho.
- Maintain clean, deduplicated, accurate data.
- Track opportunity stages, tasks, and communications.
- Generate weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.
- Build and manage workflow templates within the CRM.
3. Email & Communication Support
- Maintain a structured and organized email inbox for the sales function.
- Categorize, archive, and flag high-priority communications.
- Draft and send follow-up notes, nurture emails, and basic customer responses.
- Maintain email templates and sales collateral for consistent, efficient outreach.
4. Quoting, Shipping & Operations Coordination
- Prepare customer quotes and shipping estimates.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and logistics for accurate pricing and lead times.
- Track shipments and manage customer delivery follow-up.
- Maintain updated pricing lists, freight tables, and logistics documentation.
- Document repetitive tasks and operational processes for future efficiency.
5. Marketing, Social Media & Campaign Execution
- Assist with campaigns and other targeted marketing initiatives.
- Support preparation, formatting, and scheduling of email outreach.
- Track campaign performance metrics and maintain organized collateral libraries.
- Support social media posting, content scheduling, notifications, and responding to basic inquiries.
- Collaborate to repurpose content into simple email, social, or sales-enablement assets when needed.
6. Event & Trade Show Support
- Coordinate logistics for industry events and trade shows.
- Manage registrations, booth preparation, materials shipping, and schedules.
- Organize post-event lead lists and ensure timely follow-up actions.
7. General Sales Operations Administration
- Maintain shared calendars and schedule customer calls and internal meetings.
- Support meeting preparation and create trackers, summaries, and simple spreadsheets.
- Provide structure and organization to ensure the sales function operates with accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in sales support, revenue operations, customer success, or administrative coordination.
- Strong command of CRM platforms (
Zoho preferred
). - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication, follow-up, and task-prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a remote environment.
- Experience with logistics, quoting, or trade show coordination is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools (preferred but not required).
- Experience building or researching targeted lead lists ("lead farming") is strongly preferred.
