Professional Caregiver

Job Description:
We're looking for compassionate, professional caregivers who want to make a real difference in the lives of seniors. As a caregiver with Monarch Care Co., you'll provide one-on-one, personalized care that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care and meaningful companionship to seniors
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare simple meals and help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Run errands or provide transportation to appointments as needed
• Observe, document, and communicate any changes in a client's health, mood, or routine
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and the Monarch Care Co. team
• Uphold our standards of professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times

Qualifications:

• Dependable, kind, and professional attitude
• Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
