Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a
Speech Pathologist
in Dyersburg, TN, to join our Home Health team.

• Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and assist in developing personalized care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies.

Must Have:
at least one year of clinical experience, valid state license, CCC-SLP certification, home health experience, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to serve multiple patient locations.
