Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vaping products, accessories, and related merchandise.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on device features, usage, and safety precautions.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing credit/debit payments.
• Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stock organization to maximize sales potential.
• Restock shelves regularly, ensuring inventory levels are sufficient and products are well-presented.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering upselling suggestions, and resolving issues promptly.
• Uphold store policies on age verification, safety standards, and responsible sales practices while adhering to all legal regulations.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably within grocery stores or specialty retail.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions.
• Supervising experience is a plus—able to guide team members and ensure smooth store operations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
• Experience in conducting product demos and selling techniques to enhance sales performance.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for engaging customers over the phone or online inquiries. Pay: $ $14.00 per hour
